American actor and rapper Earl Simmons was born December 18 in 1970. He passed away April 9, 2021. He began his rap career in the beginning of the 1990s. He released the album debut It's Dark and Hell is Hot in 1998 to both critical acclaim and commercial success. The album sold 251,000 copies within the first week of release. In 1999, DMX released... and Then There Was X. It included the smash hit track "Party up (Up in Here). His singles from 2003, "Where is the Hood At?" The 2003 singles, "Where the Hood at?" and "X Gon"Make It to Ya", were also commercially successful. After getting a sentence for the stealing of an animal, he began to write lyrics of his own. He also played at the local recreation center for kids younger than 14 years old. While in prison for carjacking, he began dedicating a large portion of his time creating lyrics. He also had a meeting and performed with K-Solo. He began selling mixtapes that were produced and sold following his release from prison for carjacking. [3] This helped him establish his fan base in New York.
